Employer: RUPERT W SCOTCHMAN T/A EASTERN CLEANERS About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our active locations. Summary of Duties Perform comprehensive daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and high-traffic touchpoints. Safely gather and dispose of trash and recycling. Perform exterior cleaning and maintenance to ensure outdoor site areas and walkways are clear of debris. Maintain cleaning equipment and appropriately handle all chemical cleaning agents. Requirements & Working Conditions Experience: Strictly a minimum of 5+ years of professional janitorial or cleaning experience. Environment: Physically demanding work across both indoor and outdoor locations on current job sites. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Compensation & Benefits Wage: $8.75 per hour minimum. Benefits: Health insurance, Pension contributions, and Vacation time provided strictly in accordance with the Labor Law of the Cayman Islands.
