The duties and responsibilities are all outside area maintenance including grass cutting, weed pulling, bush trimming, tree trimming, beach cleaning, raking, sweeping, power washing, window cleaning, fence repair, painting, pavement cleaning, bug removal, trash removal, and general cleaning. Other duties include LC dump runs, equipment cleaning and maintenance, vehicle cleaning, apartment cleaning and repair move in move out, laundry room cleaning, AC cleaning outdoor, and general maintenance. Assisting with the moving of supplies from port to the store grounds on a twice weekly basis frozen chill first delivery and groceries dry second delivery.
