Strategic Business Consultant USD$60,000 - USD$90,000 Per Annum (paid Monthly) Employment Type: Full-time Description Sea Bridge Ltd. is seeking a senior Strategic Business Consultant to help financial services clients across Cayman, Asia-Pacific and North America navigate complexity, manage risk and achieve sustainable growth. This is a senior, hands-on mandate focused on helping clients with financial governance, risk and compliance services, suited to someone who has personally built or scaled institutional financial services operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires focused financial services governance and compliance expertise developed over a senior career, rather than broad management consulting experience. Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing strategic business consultancy to financial services clients

across multiple jurisdictions

• Advising on governance, risk and regulatory compliance matters relevant to

fund and fiduciary services businesses

• Structuring and negotiating client transitions and onboarding for

governance-related mandates

• Leading client relationships at the senior/C-suite level, including allocators,

fund managers, legal counsel and institutional investors

• Conducting market and competitor analysis across the financial

governance and fiduciary services sector

• Analysing and redesigning operational workflows for a multi-jurisdictional

services platform (Cayman, Asia-Pacific and USA)

• Preparing board-level strategic reports and presentations for senior

stakeholders and clients

• Devising and overseeing execution of growth strategy, including new

market entry, mandate expansion and revenue diversification

• Reviewing and reporting on the long-term commercial impact of strategic

initiatives What We're Looking For

• 15+ years' senior experience in financial services, fund governance,

fiduciary services, or regulatory compliance, with demonstrated experience operating across at least two of the following jurisdictions: Cayman Islands, Asia-Pacific, USA

• Track record advising hedge funds, private equity, venture capital or digital

asset managers on governance and compliance matters

• Demonstrated experience building, scaling or restructuring a financial

services or governance platform

• Senior-level client and board engagement experience, with strong report

writing and presentation skills Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a degree in Accounting,

Finance, or Economics is preferred

• Advanced degree or professional designation in finance, law, or governance

is considered an asset

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, including

at least five (5) years in an executive or management capacity

• Senior-level experience in financial services, with demonstrated exposure

to at least one offshore jurisdiction (Cayman) and one onshore jurisdiction (Asia-Pacific or USA)

• Strong knowledge of the investment management regulatory landscape,

with the analytical ability to assess how financial regulations apply to financial institutions

• Actively participate in business development activities, including attending

and speaking at conferences and seminars on behalf of the company

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform
• Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
