Job Description

You will be required to report directly to the Director and prepare reports to assist with the company's operations. The Administration Secretary, a pivotal role in our company's daily support operations. Your expertise will be crucial in planning the most efficient administrative procedures, contributing significantly to our overall efficiency and success. We are looking for an administration secretary with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will not only be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies but also be able to discover new ways to do the job more efficiently and actively, thereby making a significant impact on our operations. The goal is to ensure that all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively so that the other operations can function correctly. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep up-to-date with all organizational changes and business developments

Requirements and skills

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
  • Certificate in Human resource management.

Fifteen plus years experience as administration secretary/HR officer.

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities organization principles
  • Proficient in MS Office suits
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
